Thank you for your interest in our company and the services it provides. Incorporating Services, Ltd. was originally founded as a separate company in 1972. We are now one of the largest registered agent service companies in Delaware. We serve as the registered office for tens of thousands of entities and we also perform services for many other service companies located all over the world. Delaware's corporation business is very unique. We work very closely with the Secretary of State's office on various task forces and committees to promote and enhance the Division of Corporations and the services it can provide. We are electronically linked with the Delaware Corporation Department's database and its imaging system, which gives us the capability of immediate data retrieval, document filing, and the ability to print most certification documents right here in our office.

While our original focus was as a Delaware wholesaler to other service companies, eventually we expanded our product line to provide corporate and UCC services in all 50 states. With these expanded products and jurisdictions, we now serve law firms, accounting firms, corporations and financial institutions, as well as our original focus of serving other service companies in our industry.
